The weather has been beautiful this weekend and we have been total park bums. We made it to the new Crescent Park for a good run around. It's such a cool place, built on the foundation of an old burned down warehouse along the Mississippi river. Pizza Delicious sucked us back in too, and we had a picnic in nearby Little Hands park. No wasted slices this time!
Kiran and I dyed eggs on the back porch yesterday. He really got into it and practically threw the eggs into the cups. He accidentally threw one off the porch ... but it was the yellow one, and we didn't get too upset. We read the Country Bunny before bed and Kiran was super excited for the Easter bunny to visit. Priya was excited too, as you can probably tell from her cute smile.
This morning we had a little egg hunt and Kiran found his basket in his play tent. The red pepper seeds and Thomas the train underpants were a big hit! He also got a new sporty water bottle, and tested it out while playing at Audubon Park.
