We are starting our drive to Fort Worth today, so I have a few spare hours to dust off the blog! Kiran is listening to curious George, and Priya is taking a snooze.
The last few months have been busy, but everyone is doing great! Priya still giggles when she sees the carrier and knows she's going for a walk. Kiran has been helpful around the house and has been keeping his trains in line. Our biggest house projects are wrapped up for the moment and we can focus on smaller details now.
Our cedar fence is up and looking great. We are enjoying off- street parking now. Local artist & sign painter, Mr Simon, made us a complimentary "neaux parking" sign for the gate. We still have trouble with cars parking in front of the gate and blocking us in.
Ram has been busy installing porch lights and our porch swing. Both look great! I cobbled together a temporary stone pad at the back stairs, hauled a ton of bricks out of the yard, and clipped the shrubs. We were lucky to have some warmer days this fall to work outside.
